Terms of Service

By accessing or using NoNoise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. NoNoise is operated by Civic Ventures LLC.

• 7-Day Free Trial: Studio subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Auto-Renewal: After the trial, your subscription auto-renews monthly or annually at the rate you selected. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date.
• Solo Tier: The free Solo tier is available without a subscription. It includes limited focus intakes per month.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@nonoise.cloud. You retain access until the end of your billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Studio subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, email support@nonoise.cloud within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. No questions asked. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you may cancel anytime to stop future charges.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Prices are in USD and do not include taxes where applicable.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will notify you via email before any retry attempts.
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Monthly subscriptions are billed once per month.

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to NoNoise — your focus paths, saved links, screenshots, and vision statements. We do not train machine-learning models on your content. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention, and security.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Share account credentials or resell access
• Use automated tools to generate excessive load on our servers
• Harass other users or submit harmful content

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

NoNoise and all associated branding, code, and design are the intellectual property of Civic Ventures LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

NoNoise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
