1. Our Core Promise

Your ideas are yours. We do not train machine-learning models on your content. We do not sell your data. We do not share your focus paths with third parties. Period.

2. What We Collect

• Focus Intake Data: Your vision, saved content, category choices, and generated paths. Stored encrypted at rest.
• Account Data: Email (if you create an account) and subscription status.
• Payment Data: We do not store your credit card or banking information. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We only receive your subscription status and billing period from Stripe.
• Usage Metrics: Anonymous aggregate data like number of intakes per day — never tied to your personal content.

3. Trial & Billing

Studio subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing. After the trial, your subscription auto-renews monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@nonoise.cloud.

4. What We Do Not Collect

• No tracking pixels (Meta, Google, etc.)
• No third-party analytics cookies
• No advertising identifiers
• No browser fingerprinting
• No payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe)

5. How We Use Data

We use your intake data solely to generate and display your focus paths. We may use anonymous usage patterns to improve the product, but never in a way that identifies you or reveals your content.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@nonoise.cloud. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secured servers with regular backups and access logging.
